Difference Between Men and Women

Important Key Elements

Men and women are presented as having distinct but complementary roles in the home and family.

Men are described as providers, protectors, and leaders who bring security, direction, and spiritual leadership to the household.

Women are described as creating the foundation of the home through nurturing, peace, comfort, and care for the family.

Together, the emphasis is on partnership. He provides and protects, while she builds and nurtures. The home is strongest when both work in unity, honor one another, and share a spiritual vision.

Men are also called to lead with humility, truthfulness, love, prayer, and moral integrity. They should listen well, care for the emotional needs of their wives, and place family above selfish interests.

Difference Between Men and Women

Men often process life through logic, goals, systems, and results.

Women often perceive life more through emotion, relationships, and the journey of experiences.

Because of this difference, men should seek to understand a woman’s emotional world, protect her heart with gentleness, make her feel secure, and value her strengths as gifts.
